TECHNICAL SALES SPECIALIST

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's Degree in BS- Food Technology or related fields
With at least 3 years working experience in bakery ingredients or bakery related industry
Experience in sales of foods related items is an advantage
Strong organization & leadership skills
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
Willing to travel in areas of Visayas and Mindanao

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with production applications specialist/Baking Technicians in servicing the needs of bakers, bakery supervisor & business owners relative to flour & bakery product business
Coordinate with the research & Development and QA teams to align with clients feedback and product requirements/specification and process feedbacks of clients
Visit institutional accounts and assist on the technical services
Endorse and execute proposals of group baking demonstrations, baking seminars and other baker-related trainings
Develop bakery recipes & procedures with basic tutorial and training outlines & materials
Work with Sales Specialist in developing potential market of bakery products distribution
