Is currently looking for:

 

TECHNICAL COORDINATOR

 

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor/College Degree of any related course

2. Has at least 1 year relevant work experience in the same capacity

3. Has knowledge in clerical and administrative procedures and systems

4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and clients’ requests at a time

5. Has excellent communication skills

 

Job Summary:

1. Provides technical support for field technicians;

2. Administers work and deployment schedule and assignments and supervises progress of assignments of technical personnel;

3. Provides information and updates to Sales Executives on clients service scheule activities;

4. Report and process replacement and under warranty printer units;

5. Closes and verifies clients on technical service activities.
