Role Review


Responsible for performing administrative tasks to support daily business operations and supporting sales and marketing plans.


Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (optional)

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills (required)

  • Ability to work effectively within a team (required)

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook (required)

  • Good organization skills (required)

  • Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience (preferably)

  • A high level of attention to detail.

  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks including ERPs (NAV, Dynamics, …).

  • Related job and internship experience.

Your Responsibilities


Marketing Clerk:

  • Collaborating with the marketing managers, internal teams (sales, technical), clients and partners on marketing requisitions.

  • Encoding requisitions in the system, coordinating with others departments (procurement, accounting, logistics) and clients for the finalization of the requisition.

  • Working closely with sales, technical and marketing department.

  • Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.

  • Maintaining a marketing database.

  • Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.

  • Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.

  • General office duties.

  • Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
