What you'll be doing?

• Conveys with consumers on the telephone or via written communication to solve problems.

• Comprehending the customers’ wants through efficient listening and questioning skills

• Dealing Interacting with all requests with good grace, courteously, correctly & assertively

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidates must be willing to work ASAP

• Willing to attend a Zoom/Onsite interview

• Excellent English Communication Skills

• Knowledge in basic Microsoft programs

• MUST NOT be currently employed/studying

• High school graduates are welcome to apply with at least 6 months of BPO work experience is a plus but NOT required
