Responsibilities:

• Oversees and manages the Talent and Succession Bench for the cluster

• Assists in the assessment, design, development, implementation, and measurement of ongoing leadership development programs and processes

• Responsible for facilitating training and mentoring learners

• Delivers leadership programs for operations and support functions

• Creates and maintains processes and guidelines by which training programs are monitored to ensure consistency and achievement of training and organizational objectives

• Partners and communicates with business leaders across the organization to proactively identify learning needs associated with business goals or strategies.

• Establishes and monitors metrics to evaluate the impact of learning programs on business results, using both quantitative and qualitative measures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent

• At least 3-5 years' work-related experience in a BPO industry

• Must have a background in designing training policies, programs, and schedule-based on training needs and processes

• Has experience in People Management & Training program implementation

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Proficient in MS applications
