Responsibilities:

Oversees and manages the Talent and Succession Bench for the cluster
Assists in the assessment, design, development, implementation, and measurement of ongoing leadership development programs and processes
Responsible for facilitating training and mentoring learners
Delivers leadership programs for operations and support functions
Creates and maintains processes and guidelines by which training programs are monitored to ensure consistency and achievement of training and organizational objectives
Partners and communicates with business leaders across the organization to proactively identify learning needs associated with business goals or strategies.
Establishes and monitors metrics to evaluate the impact of learning programs on business results, using both quantitative and qualitative measures.

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent
At least 3-5 years' work-related experience in a BPO industry
Must have a background in designing training policies, programs, and schedule-based on training needs and processes
Has experience in People Management & Training program implementation
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in MS applications
