SENIOR ACCOUNTING / FINANCE OFFICER
Salary Range: Php 18,000.00 - Php 20,000.00
Basic Qualifications:
BS Accountancy Graduate only.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field of accounting and finance.
Well-versed in all facets of accounting and finance and with strong financial analysis.
With experience in statutory reporting e.g SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH, BIR,SEC.
Has experience in Payroll Management
Has experience in financial reporting and can discuss financial/accounting concerns with managers.
Solution-oriented, Honest and Hard-worker, Highly motivated, Organized, Team-player, Fast-Learner, Analytical, and Goal-Oriented.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This position takes charge of the implementation of accounting systems, and procedures at all levels. Coordinates all accounting functions.
Maintaining effective management systems and processes on the assigned functions which may cover BIR Account, Financial Reporting, and other financial related accounts.
Conducts monthly accounting audits.
Prepares other accounting reports as may be required from time to time.
Has the ability to train staff, work with colleagues, and require little to no supervision.
Can prepare financial projections inclusive of loans, investments, interest rates, tax holidays, recovery points, and IRR
Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
Must be proficient in MS EXCEL
