MIS / REPORTING ANALYST 

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 12 months of related experience in Report Analyst or MIS role. 

  • Experience and/or working knowledge of MS Office tools use in reporting and analysis, especially in data extract/reporting software if applicable

  • Expertise in delivery technologies and data access, including familiarity with metadata, data organization, data quality assessment, and data visualizations <dashboards and reports

  • Ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions

  • Experience in the BPO industry

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Job responsibility may include gathering and sorting of data, routine reports for agent's performance/attendance, billing reports, daily backup data
