IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a Degree holder of Information Technology, Computer Science, or of any equivalent

• Must have 1-2 years experience relevant to the job responsibilities

• Must be able to speak English

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide email support for technical advisory and remote technical support services.

• Processes and resolves concerns and complaints of customers on technical aspects of the products.

• Ensures to meet goals set for all metrics as required by the Client

• Check designated queue in Ticketing system to see if a ticket has been assigned to you

• Update ticket as soon as you work on it

• Check pending tickets and make sure that it is completed within the specified SLA

• Make sure all troubleshooting steps are done and documented in Ticketing system for complete resolution
