Requirements:

1 Year of BPO or Call Center Experience or 2 years of college
Laptop with Core i3 or higher and at least 8gb installed RAM
Stable internet connection with at least 15Mbps
Live within 30 minutes to 1 hour travel time to Cebu City, particularly at MSY Building, IT Park, Cebu City.

Roles and Responsibility:

Communicate with building maintenance about internet and power issues.
Keep Inventory of all office equipment and furniture and maintain them in good condition.
Oversee cleaning and inventory of Coffee and Water
Train new hires on various common issues that clients will have with reliability and performance based on what they are experiencing from helping out current assistants working with clients.
Create action plans and work with assistants personally on how to improve their reliability and performance for clients.
Ensure to go through all property management, brokerage and appraisal, and general training so he/she understands what assistants learn during training.
Report on site.
