SOFTWARE ENGINEER (C++/Unreal)
 
Requirements
Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT/Engineering related course
At least 4 years experience in C++ and Unreal Engine
Proficient in C++ and fair knowledge of the language specification
Knowledgeable in the standard library, STL containers, and algorithms
Has a good understanding of memory management in non-garbage collected environments
Understands dynamic polymorphism and C++ specific notions, such as friend classes
Familiarity with templating in C++
Knowledgeable in the latest C++11 standard is appreciated
Familiarity with embedded systems design, low-level hardware interactions
Knowledgeable in low-level threading primitives and real-time environments
Familiarity with system call wrapper library functions
Knowledgeable in component data sheets and specifications
Familiar with Implementation of automated testing platforms and unit tests
Proficient in code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}
Familiarity with continuous integration
Familiarity with Common Language Runtime build/compilation
Familiarity with Unreal Engine Plugins development
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of a Software Developer is to design, develop, deliver, and enhance software products, applications systems
Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
Implementation of security and data protection
Integration of data storage solutions
