SALES SUPPORT STAFF

Responsibilities:

1) Provides timely supports to field sales representatives more specifically in stocks inventory, new prices, promotions, status of orders of customers, etc.

2) Does tele selling, order taking, answering inquires and calls from customers

3) Sourcing products as needed and prepares product reorders, purchase orders

4) Facilitates deliveries in close coordination with warehouse and logistics

5) Maintains, organizes and updates price files

Qualifications:

a) Graduate in any 4-year course is an advantage. College level with relevant experience is very much welcome.

b) Familiar and proficient in MS applications, e-mails, other communication platforms

c) With good customer relations skills.

d) Proficient with MS applications.

e) Willing to work 8 hours from Monday to Saturday. Work location: Kasambagan, Cebu city
