CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER

Job Description:

Prepare Admin Staff/ key personnel payroll – both in Cebu and Bacolod -every 12th and 27th of the month.
Maintain good standing Bank records -
Forecast Cash flow requirements.
Overseeing the financial transactions of the company. Developing budgets monitoring transactions.
Prepare and submit to the president summary of cash receipts and disbursements every week.
Prepare and submit all company expenditures and loan payments.
Do a collection follow up calls and make formal collection correspondence.
Deal with Banking issues and transactions, Bank requirements and others.
Prepare all check payments for payables, Loans, and others .
Ensure accounts receivables and payables are accurate and timely.
Arrange Financing with Banks and other Financing Company.
Facilitate all Telegraphic Transfers for purchases abroad. (ex. Equipments ) and remittances .
Prepare and monitor all tax payments / Business Taxes/
Monitor and Prepare payments for all insurances.
Monitor and prepare payments for all real property taxes.
All other activities pertaining to financial status of the company
