Is URGENTLY in need of:

QUANTITY SURVEYOR
 
Authorities & Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate all procurement
  • Scrutinizing Estimate and schedule
  • Reporting Weekly and Monthly report
  • Coordinate with department head and site
  • Prepare look ahead material and schedule
  • Keep track of material and Ordering when Required
  • Make analyze schedule
  • Prepare project monitoring report using primavera software (i.e Cutting list and Gantt chart)
Qualifications:
  • Male or Female
  • Minimum 5 yrs. experience in building Estimate
  • Must be Civil Engineering Graduate
  • Proficient with Auto-cad, Excel and other Quantity Surveying Software
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in building Estimate
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Honest, competent and a team player
  • Full-Time position(s) available
