About the Company

Organized and incorporated in February 1987 as a thermal insulation supplier and contractor. Formed in Cebu and as time passed by, slowly branched out to other key cities in the country like General Santos City, Cagayan De Oro City, and Bacolod City. We also have a branch in Manila and an affiliate company Industrial Plant Solution that caters to the Luzon market.

We have imported materials from other countries in order to compete with our local counterparts. We import primarily all kinds of insulation materials and other products we carry direct from manufacturers abroad. We maintain stocks at our warehouse to continuously serve all the immediate requirements of the industry. The key contribution to our success is our marketing competence, which caters to various stringent requirement of the industry with full customer satisfaction all over the country. All this success can be attributed to the company’s philosophy of Total Quality and the dedicated service of its manpower that continuously strive hard to attain total customer satisfaction.

Through the years of experience in a mechanically related work, we have diversified to a more challenging endeavor of being a mechanical contractor, thus diversified also to civil, structural, and electrical works. Our progress for almost two decades is a success. HR OFFICER

Qualifications:

Preferably Female
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or any related course
Excellent in verbal and written communication
With at least 1 year experience as HR Officer

Job Description:

Initiates job advertisement through Company communication boards, internet, social networks and recruitment portals
Conducts initial interview
Endorses short listed candidates to hiring managers for interview and selection
Conducts background investigation on qualified candidates and issues pre-employment requirements
Facilitates issuance of memo, sanctions and other inter office communications
Checking Daily Time Record as to log in and log out of all employees
Conducts investigation in cases of violation of Insuphil Industrial Corp. company policy and other rules and regulations promulgated and gives recommendation thereto
Acts as company representative in any labor related complaints such as SENA, DOLE and NLRC
Compliance to the government institution requirements
Update and review of government policies and changes of regulation
Facilitates of issuance of employee contracts (project base, probationary, regular)
Formulates/initiates recreational activities for the employees (Christmas party, sports fest and etc.)
Facilitates the smooth execution of the Annual Medical and Random Drug Test of Employees
Aids in new employee orientation
Maintain employee records
Works with department heads
Issuance of Company uniform
Other future HR tasks to be established by the Company
