FINANCE SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

Checking of payroll
Monitoring of Accounts Receivables
Ensure the accurate and timely processing of commissions.
Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the work flow of the department.
Attends in other duties as needed as directed.
Manage day-to-day finance/treasury operations and ensure that there is a redundant process backup in place for every critical operation
Create new internal finance/treasury corporate policies and maintain existing policies
Monitor emerging technology to determine ways to automate the finance/treasury process without sacrificing accuracy and accountability
Develop monthly and quarterly finance/treasury reports for the management and executive teams
Implement and monitor the month, quarter and year-end closeout finance/treasury schedules

Qualifications:

Candidate must be a College graduate in any accounting or business-related course
Preferably with at least 2-4 years of Experience
Trustworthy
Specialized in restaurant/productions is an advantage but not required;
Collect and analyze financial data to produce statements and forecasts.
