Join our Operations Team as a Technology Solutions Lead. A very competitive salary package with opportunities for career growth awaits the successful candidate!


Job Description:

  • Directly report to Operations Director and will be responsible for the identification, setup, and implementation of CRM, applications, softwares, phone systems, and other tools related to call center operations.

  • Liaise with the IT Team, Management, and clients to ensure technical requirements are met.

  • Effectively lead the documentation of system requirements and solutions in each campaign.

  • Implement proposed solutions using development experience and integration knowledge.

  • Configure and ensure software changes to campaigns to assist in business organizational changes.

  • Closely work with all stakeholders in developing the BCP of each campaign.


  • 5+ years of relevant work experience

  • Graduate of Engineering, Information Technology, or other related field

  • Deep understanding of business technology Dialer, CRM, Ticketing Systems as well as software integration and implementation

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including process documentation

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, task and project management, and organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize, escalate and lead efforts on complex client requests

  • SQL, HTML, JAVA Script, APEX coding experience is a plus
