Join our Operations Team as a Technology Solutions Lead. A very competitive salary package with opportunities for career growth awaits the successful candidate!
Directly report to Operations Director and will be responsible for the identification, setup, and implementation of CRM, applications, softwares, phone systems, and other tools related to call center operations.
Liaise with the IT Team, Management, and clients to ensure technical requirements are met.
Effectively lead the documentation of system requirements and solutions in each campaign.
Implement proposed solutions using development experience and integration knowledge.
Configure and ensure software changes to campaigns to assist in business organizational changes.
Closely work with all stakeholders in developing the BCP of each campaign.
5+ years of relevant work experience
Graduate of Engineering, Information Technology, or other related field
Deep understanding of business technology Dialer, CRM, Ticketing Systems as well as software integration and implementation
Strong oral and written communication skills, including process documentation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, task and project management, and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize, escalate and lead efforts on complex client requests
SQL, HTML, JAVA Script, APEX coding experience is a plus
Work Schedule: Night Shift
