SALES EXECUTIVE / TELESALES EXECUTIVE

 

Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Excellent in communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Technical Aspects

  • Month end procedures and reporting, sales management accounts for Surebright.

  • Review and update sales

  • review and resolve clients’ sales process and issues

  • Group sales reporting; a. load schedule and accounts b. review, comment and analyze c. disclosures

  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects. Maintaining relationships with clients

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry;

  • Researching and Analyzing sales options

  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing networks; benchmarking; participating in professional societies.

  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

  • Presentation skills, Client Relationships, Prospecting skills

  • Motivated in professional selling and meeting sales goals.

  • Enthusiastic person, with attention to detail and keen to take responsibility for the execution of the assigned tasks to a high standard;

  • Diplomatic and respectful when dealing with people;

  • Excellent communicator;

  • High level of reading, writing and arithmetic skills; Computer literacy including CRM System

  • CRM System, Word, Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any Business-Related courses.

  • With at least 2 years experience in Sales

  • With good analytical skills and detail-oriented

  • Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel and power point)

  • Can work with less supervision.

  • Tested integrity and humility

  • Transparency

  • Ability to work with people

  • A mature person with diplomacy

  • Accuracy and attention to details

  • Timely decisions in cost control and other financial decisions

  • Ability to work long hours and to withstand pressure

  • Flexibility in working hours

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

  • Can start immediately.

  • Willing to do Fieldwork. 

Responsibilities:

  • Acquires new accounts and upsells new services/products by maintaining relationship with existing accounts.

  • Generates a monthly action plan aligned with the sales strategies to ensure achievement of objectives.

  • Submits daily, weekly sales reports to the Immediate Superior.

  • Ensures that the account pipelines/mailing list are consistently updated and monitored.

  • Ensures completeness and maintenance of accounts master list.

  • Prepares proposals and other correspondences to prospective clients

  • Do constant follow-up on sales lead.

  • Nominates areas/buildings that have potential business requirements

  • Establishes and maintains good relationships with any existing and potential clients.

  • Provides immediate superior feedback on the changing market conditions, trends in the competition

  • Maintains the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and co-employees.
