I. JOB SUMMARY:

The objective of this role is to ensure Legal Collections are efficiently preparing and filing cases and delivering demanded results while respecting all collections/company policies, standard process, and procedures.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Is responsible for fulfillment and reporting of Legal Collections’ targets and KPIs
Supervises Legal Collections tasks and activities
Manages attendance and schedule of Legal Collections
Monitors and maintains reports for Legal Collections
Monitors Demand Letter serving its the progression to claims filing
Communicates and coordinates with other departments within division representing Legal Collections
Coordinates and collaborates with Legal Counsel for tasks involving Legal processes
Facilitates on contacts from clients for accounts under legal collections
Performs other tasks or activities determined by Chief Collections Officer

III. QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant 1-year experience in work with people management
Preferably with paralegal or legal related work experience
Experience in work with cash, responsibility and honesty
Fluent in English, ideally with Tagalog or Cebuano
Basic command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Linux equivalent.
