About the Client: DrCatalyst

DrCatalyst is a remote healthcare staffing organization that has over 250 billable staff from the Philippines servicing healthcare companies throughout America. We are looking for an experienced BPO Sales associate to take outbound calls and help our Marketing Sales team.

WORK FROM THE COMFORTS OF YOUR HOME!

The Marketing Sales Associate is allowed to work from home. Once the pandemic situation is better, the Marketing Sales Associate may be required to report in our IT Park office in Cebu.

Office Location: 8F Skyrise 4B, Cebu IT Park, W Geonzon St, Cebu City

Hours and Work from:

Eight (8) hour night shifts (during USA clinic’s hours), with one (1) hour lunch, working from home (WFH).

Holidays:

All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed, but Managers rotate to supply coverage only if billable employees are required to work.

Compensation

Monthly: 22,250 PHP or higher
- Basic Salary: 17,000 PHP
- Allowances: 5,250 PHP for rice, laundry, food, clothing, and more
- Bonus structure based on appointments and revenue generation

Responsibilities:

Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone and scheduling appointments
Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going
Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales and follow-up calls
Keeping up to date on all products and attending product demonstrations
Answering customers' questions on the products
Appointment setting quotas and call volume metrics
Sales Closing will be trained over time for additional earning potential

Requirements:

College level or College Graduate from any course
Has 2 or more years of experience in BPO Sales
Has experience with appointment setting
Has marketing knowledge
25 wpm or faster
Has knowledge of websites, SEO, and social media
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Strong research and strategic analysis skills
Computer literacy (knowledge in Google sheets and MS is a plus)
