PAYROLL OFFICER

Responsibilities:

Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets;
Calculating employee work hours;
Calculating employee benefits and deductions;
Calculating bonuses and allowances;
Preparing employees’ compensation by the end of each payroll period using payroll software or Manual payroll sheets;
Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations;
Scheduling electronic payments and handing out paychecks;
Preparing payroll expenses reports;
Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper);
Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases; and
Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes, and insurance deductions.

Employment Status: Probationary/Regular

Compensations and benefits:

• Government-Mandated GOCC

• Meal Allowance - Provided

• HMO (IntelliCare) – 80,000 Maximum Benefit Limit (Upon Regularization)

Further information about the work:

A) Reporting: You will report directly to the HR Supervisor

B) Work hours/days: Eight (8) hours per day, five (5) days a week

C) Rest Day: Two (2) days per week

D) Service Incentive Leave: Five (5) days (Upon Regularization)
