  • Performs variety of the following administrative duties and utilizing knowledge of systems or procedures:

  • Room and Shuttle Reservation (if needed)

  • Preparation of logistics for special events and client visits.

  • Photocopying and binding of training materials

  • Contributes to other projects if requested

  • Payslips distribution

  • Requests of office supplies

  • Ensures all departments and positions are provided with key indicator reporting, including ad hoc reports as needed or requested.

  • Actively identify and resolve reporting issues

  • Completes duties and reports on time

  • Coordinates with various functional groups for team requirements

  • Schedules and prepares minutes of the meeting

  • Assists in site improvement and beautification

  • Inventory Management of consumables and office supplies

  • Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree of any related course

  • At least 6 months experience in a BPO setting

  • With experience in working with Customer with varied technical knowledge and business needs.

  • With excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • With strong administrative or organization skills
