RECRUITMENT/SOURCING SUPERVISORS

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all staffing requirements of operations and support teams are met on a timely manner through proper delegation of Accounts/Teams among the Officers, Associates and Assistants.

  • Ensures that Officers, Associates and Assistants consistently follow HR  guidelines, procedures, processes, and tools.

  • Responsible in performance and skills development of staff.

  • Works with Accounts in resolving recruitment concerns and issues.

  • Works with the Recruiting Units of new accounts/teams in defining key hiring qualifications through a cross-collaboration with the hiring representative.

  • Reviews hiring timelines of new accounts.

  • Recommends feasible hiring timelines for new accounts

  • Evaluates the functionality of the existing recruitment tools and recommends appropriate tool to facilitate the recruitment process and address recruitment needs.

  • Analyzes the current recruitment process and flow to identify bottlenecks and recommends system improvements.

  • Works with Sourcing Team in identifying sourcing strategies for accounts requiring specialized and highly technical accounts

  • Generates monthly reports and metrics using the recruitment tool that will serve as a basis in making sound business decisions

  • Provides timely and accurate feedback to the recruiting unit on the status of their hiring requests.

  • Consolidates reports from Recruitment Officers and Assistants and provide timely update to the Regional HR Manager and the Recruitment Manager.

  • Involves and participates in company goals towards continuous improvement.

  • Adheres to the company policy and provide support to the HR team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent

  • 3-5 years recruiting or sourcing related experience in the BPO setting

  • People management experience required

  • Proficient in organizing, planning & delegating skills

  • Proven analytical and creative thinking abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office applications
