MARKETING SPECIALIST (PROJECT MANAGER)

Mid ( 3 - 5 years)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operational activities and requests from multiple internal and external sources

• Recognize and articulate needed improvements to the user experience

• Develop brand loyalty

• Manage site development and updates

• Support weekly/monthly data collection and analysis

• Market research, interpretation and customer insights that improve the ecommerce business

• New product listing development

• Collecting, analyzing, interpreting and summarizing data

• Systematically reviewing various sources of quantitative and qualitative information to identify patterns, relationships or outliers

Qualifications:

• 3 years or more relevant experience

• Previous digital media experience that generates demand and increases sales:

• Media campaign planning, promotions, keyword research

• Account setup and troubleshooting

• Campaign management and optimization experience

• Experience using analytics and reporting tools to generate product/competitor trends with actionable data

• Previous ecommerce experience with a focus on increasing traffic and sales

• Ability to create meaning, suggestions, hypotheses, conclusions or recommended actions based on data

• Tools: Microsoft Office and Amazon Seller Central

• The ability to learn various point-and-click online apps by following instructional video

• Amenable to work 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Mon- Fri (Full-time)
