HR Officer (Sourcing)

Responsibilities:

• Supervises the Sourcing team in their day-to-day activities and to ensure smooth operations and actual implementation of the sourcing process;

• Plan/develop/implement strategies with the Assistant HR Manager to meet the recruitment & Sourcing timelines;

• Evaluates, maintains and upgrades the team’s skills needed to comply with the requirements of the customers;

• Validate conformance of skills of the new hires by coordinating, calibration and constant communication with the customers;

• Provides accurate and timely updates to customers;

• Maintains and updates talent bank;

• Responds timely and effectively to recruitment & sourcing  related escalations;

• Ensures quality of work to the satisfaction of internal and external customers;

• Ensures maximization of HR tools, database and recommend improvement if applicable;

• Adheres to the company policy and provides support to the HR team;

• Performs other duties assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent

• 2-3 years related experience in the  BPO setting

• People management experience required

• Proficient in organizing & analyzing data and presenting performance results or trends

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications
