In this role you'll get to:

Provide 1st and 2nd level of technical support (online chat, support tickets, diagnosis, troubleshooting) for hardware products.
Assist with regression testing for company cloud and general QA validation of products.
Contribute to product documentation (Wiki) in English.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Experience (3+ years) working in a technical support, systems engineering or developer role.
Experience in Software & Hardware installation, configuration, and support.
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with Zendesk and Jira platforms is a plus.
Understanding of Web-related technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, XML, etc.) and IP networking is a plus.
Strong relational skills and communication capabilities.
Excellent spoken/written English.
