The Member Support Agent will work closely with several functions within ASE and Client Services.  The Member Support Agent is responsible for providing high-quality, quick, effective, and customer-centric service to members of our survey panels by addressing their queries and providing solutions.  In addition, the Member Support Agent must be able to correctly utilize multiple helpdesk platforms and applications in order to not only respond to panelist questions and complaints, but also manage tasks successfully.


Position Requirements:

  • College degree or position congruent working experience (1-year minimum)

  • Experience in addressing customer queries through social media and online review channels is an advantage

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required

  • Strong methodological, analytical and consulting skills with ability to generate reports

  • Superior customer service, interpersonal, critical thinking, active listening and communication (verbal and written) skills

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and manage multiple assignments

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Desire to attain new skills in business, management, and technology

  • Willing and able to work flexible shifts, including the night shift, weekends, and holidays
