HPE & HPI TELE-SELLING ASSISTANT

 

Responsibilities:

  • Under the supervision of the Leads Qualification Supervisor, he/she will source out lists for Prospects Database (DB) from various Associations, Organizations or Groups etc. Ensures those accounts qualified are not active or existing ICS accounts. Conducts call outs (first and second level) on campaigned assigned and assists in Principal initiated events.

Requirements:

  • A graduate of Bachelor's Degree.

  •  At least one (1) year working experience in an IT or related industry

  • Knowledgeable in IT and TeleMarketing Skills is an advantage

  • Excellent customer service and with good communication skills. 

  • Flexible, aggressive and highly dependable
