Salesforce Administrator work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the JobTarget platform. Simply, they enable users to get the most out of Salesforce technology.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasks

  • Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes as appropriate

  • Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, approval processes, validation rules, etc.

  • Identify, install, and maintain appropriate apps from the AppExchange

  • Plan ahead for upgrades, seasonal releases and long-term projects

  • Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support

  • Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables

     

What You Need to Qualify:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Salesforce administrator preferred

  • Experience in performing salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration

  • Ability to provide salesforce training and end-user support

  • Customize reporting and dashboards for various teams, provide reports and report training

  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity preferred

  • Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API

  • Experience with the implementation of Google Analytics 4 and Hotjar via Google Tag Manager a plus

  • Experience with the implementation of Google Ads via Google Ads Manager Account a plus

  • Experience in managing Scheduling Software such as Chili Piper, MS Booking a plus
