What you'll be doing?

Prepares standard reports to track workload, , response time and quality of input.
Resolves telephone messages and delivers information and facts/recommendations to users.
inspects mail, fax, and email to deliver client services.
Operates computer/online regulations for the main objective of answering to consumer questions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates must be willing to work ASAP
Willing to attend a Zoom/Onsite interview
Excellent English Communication Skills
Knowledge in basic Microsoft programs
MUST NOT be currently employed/studying
High school graduates are welcome to apply with at least 6 months of BPO work experience is a plus but NOT required
