Job Description Summary:

  • Providing technical support / problem resolution thru phone /chat.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having with their usage of the app

  • Answer incoming communications from customers

  • Maintains up to date level of product knowledge

  • Resolve Customer's queries and requests in an appropriate and timely manner

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of any degree

  • At least 1-2 years relevant experience in customer service and technical support

  • Experience within services for accounting or SAAS would be a great benefit.
