Job Description Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities

Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having with their usage of the app
Answer incoming communications from customers
Maintains up to date level of product knowledge
Resolve Customer's queries and requests in an appropriate and timely manner

Job Requirements:

Graduate of any degree
At least 1-2 years relevant experience in customer service and technical support
Experience within services for accounting or SAAS would be a great benefit.
