We are URGENTLY looking for:
 
COMMUNICATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINER
 
Qualifications:
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Education, AB English or Mass Communication
  • With at least 1 year call center training experience
  • Training experience in communication & customer service skills is an advantage
  • Experience in designing and developing training material is preferred but not required
  • Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Must have excellent facilitation, presentation and listening skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Has good interpersonal and professional skills
  • Has the ability to creatively use resources and adjust to changes quickly and professionally
  • Has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also in a team environment
  • Has strong attention to detail
  • Has the ability to prioritize assignments and projects based on importance and customer expectations
  • Analytical, dynamic and creative
  • Willing to work in shifts/weekends/holidays
