  • Bachelor's Degree in information technology or similar field.

  • Familiarity with helpdesk operations is plus.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Strong verbal communication and problem solving skills.

  • at least 1 year experience in desktop support is and advantage.

  • knowledgeable in Windows 7/10 operating systems.

  • adept in text editors, spreadsheets, presentations, and etc.

  • knowledgeable in internet technologies, browsers, emails, instan messaging

  • Good accurate records keeping.

Brief Job Description:

  • Act as first- line contact and respond to calls and emails from employees seeking help with IT- related issues.

  • Maintain a high level of courteous customer service at al times

  • Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and future planning needs of the company's desktop environment

  • Monitor the performance of the company's desktop infrastructure and make suggestions for improving efficiency.

  • Diagnosing and solving hardware/ software faults or issues.

  • Taking call and logging end user's queries.

  • Accessing computers remotely to resolve any problems
