What you'll be doing?

Manages computer/online rules for the objective of replying to client concerns.
Communicate with clients on the phone or by written correspondence to handle issues.
Understand the customers’ expectations thru productive listening and questioning skills

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates must be willing to work ASAP
Willing to attend a Zoom/Onsite interview
Excellent English Communication Skills
Knowledge in basic Microsoft programs
MUST NOT be currently employed/studying
High school graduates are welcome to apply with at least 6 months of BPO work experience is a plus but NOT required
