MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for Technical Support Representatives!


The Technical Support Representative is allowed to work from home. Once the pandemic situation is better, the Technical Support Representative may be required to report in our IT Park office in Cebu.


Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu


General Description: The Technical Support Representative is responsible for technical service support to internal and external clients including: fielding and resolving technical service issues with end customers, providing troubleshooting support and identifying solutions.


Holidays: All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed.
Monthly Salary (not including bonuses): 19,000 - 24,000



  • Work directly with client remotely through chat or call to provide first call resolutions on the software issues they encountered

  • Work on assigned emails on issues received via email

  • Take care client calls and transfer to designated department if necessary

  • Escalate issues encountered if further troubleshooting is needed

  • Coordinate with internal teams depending on clients' requests


  • Preferably a graduate of IT related courses: IT, CompSci,  Computer Eng'g graduates, ECE, IE

  • Undergrads also accepted but must have extensive IT/Technical background and experience

  • Knows basic hardware and software troubleshooting

  • Must be knowledgeable to Windows OS and Servers

  • Have idea on server remote environment and set ups

  • Flexible on switching working hours

  • Must PREFER to work in graveyard shift 

  • Easy going  and independent

  • Can work with lesser lesser supervision

  • Experience is BPO industry is a great advantage especially if having experience working in technical support field.

  • Willing to work onsite if WFH equipment does not meet the technical requirements

  • Willing to relocate to Cebu
