Technical Support Representative (Billing) | Up to 25K

MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for Technical Support Representatives!

General Description: The Technical Support Representative is responsible for technical service support to internal and external clients including: fielding and resolving billing service issues with end customers, providing troubleshooting support and identifying solutions.

Office Location: 8F Skyrise 4B, Cebu IT Park, W Geonzon St, Cebu City  

Hours: Graveyard Shift

Holidays:  All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed.

Monthly Salary (not including bonuses): 18,000 - 25,000 PHP

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with client remotely through chat or call to provide first call resolutions on the software issues they encountered

• Work on assigned emails on issues received via email

• Take care client calls and transfer to designated department if necessary

• Escalate issues encountered if further troubleshooting is needed

• Coordinate with internal teams depending on clients' requests/issues

Requirements:

• College graduate preferably IT-related or Accounting-related course

• No experience required but experience related to Medical Claims/Health Insurance Processing is a huge plus

• Basic knowledge on hardware and software troubleshooting

• Knowledge on Windows OS and servers

• Knowledge on server remote environment and setups

• Applicant must be good at math since the position will be focused on billing

• Good communication skills and flexibility on shift schedule

• Must prefer to work in graveyard shift 

• Residence in, or willingness to relocate to, Cebu City
