Job Qualification:

  • Must have a Bachelors Degree of any course

  • Must have 2-3 years experience relevant to the Job responsibilities

  • Willing to work Onsite in Cebu

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Knowledgeable in Advanced Excel

  • With Customer Service Experience


  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to manage effectively and efficiently large amounts of information according to client requirements of quality and accuracy while addressing its Key Performance Indicators.

  • Provide operational tasks like process entries, track and trace, follow-up customs clearance process.

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
