MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the staff, the daily operational activities of the kitchen, counter, and service units.

  • Ensures that the preparation and presentation of meals, the general store’s atmosphere, and its facilities are done according to the specified standards of quality-cost, customer service, profit, safety, and sanitation by actively interfacing with, and attending to the needs of the customers to make sure that the guests have the total dining experience.

  • Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally

  • Maintain quality control for all food served

  • Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly

  • Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards

  • Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports
