Details

Provide general administrative assistance to Management. Prepare and compose reports and correspondences as required. Coordinate and collaborate with Management on and offshore within various concentrations to ensure efficiency and timely service to employees. Coordinate to government agencies for payments and other concerns as needed.

 

• Process and record various data related to termination and provide real time update to Payroll. • Gather information and prepare various reports for management.

• Handle and process all copying and filing needs for the department.

• Maintain and distribute current policy and procedure manuals and other communication.

• Execute mailing, inter-shipping and courier process of HR Operations.

• Serve as liaison between other HR teams and internal customers.

• Handle and process office supply requisition, including but not limited to purchase order and payment facilitation.

• Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Perform accounting analyses and reporting to support decision-making purposes.

• Performs Process Improvement within his/her assigned processes.

• Assist various cross-functional departments within TaskPro US counterparts in accounting issues and queries

• Payroll, liquidation and any other cash disbursement. The candidate will need to be self-motivated. Strong leadership and management skills required. Previous experience in a shared services accounting is required. Attention to detail is highly important and a structured methodical approach is necessary. Strong knowledge in accounting processes such as AP, Fixed Asset, BS / Account Reconciliations, Inter-company transactions and General Ledger

Qualifications

• 1-2 year of job-related experience preferred but not required

• Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Skills
