Job Description

  1. In accordance with the company's overall development strategy, assist the headquarters in formulating the company's development strategy planning and business plan, and ensure that the company provides high-quality human resources services and act in accordance with the law, and is responsible for organizing and implementing the company's daily human resources operation and management

  2. Develop human resource planning according to the company's development strategy, and formulate medium and long-term human resource development plans

  3. Establish and improve the company's various human resource management processes to meet the human resource support required for the company's rapid development

  4. Establish and improve the human resource management system, including job evaluation and design, recruitment, training, performance, salary and employee career planning, etc., to improve the effectiveness of the various modules of human resource management

  5. Manage and control the company's overall human resource costs

  6. Regularly provide high-level decision-makers with suggestions on human resource strategy, organizational development, etc., and provide human resource information support for the company's major decision-making

  7. Deal with major issues in the company's human resource management in a timely manner

  8. Promote the company's corporate culture construction

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate in Human Resource Management, Law or Psychology

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience as a human resource generalist

  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience as HR Manager in a BPO company is preferred for this position

  • Must have experience in handling Employee Engagement, Labor Laws, Gov't Mandated Benefits, Attrition and Retention Strategies, HR Analytics preferably within the BPO industry


  1. Proficient in all major modules of human resource management, including application of employment legislation, HR processes, and practice across relevant jurisdiction(s)

  2. Good verbal and written communication skills, including multinational stakeholders and local business partners

  3. Demonstrated management skills and planning ability

  4. Energetic leader with an absolute commitment to safety and compliance

  5. Experience in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Unions

  6. Leadership capabilities with the financial competency to devise, execute and manage budgets
