As SalonUltimate Sales Associate (SA), you will drive growth opportunities across the salon sector to further expand SalonUltimate customer base offering high-impact and high-value mission-oriented services to the salon industry.
The SA will work directly with SalonUltimate sales team, marketing team and leadership to continuously shape and drive the pipeline, lead capture, develop capabilities materials and meet with government buyers.
SalonUltimate is seeking a Sales Associate, capable of opening new doors, generating leads, and driving growth within the Salon Industry. The ideal candidate will work across the sales lifecycle of an opportunity and will be responsible for seeking, developing new business, and meeting overall revenue goals for SalonUltimate.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Identify and develop potential new clients within the salon industry.
Meet with potential customers and engage in industry events representing SalonUltimate.
Research technologies trends and create new opportunities to build out personal pipeline.
Generate a multi-year pipeline of qualified BD opportunities and facilitate pipeline reviews.
Guide capture via researching and identify “hot button” issues with clients for win theme development.
Assist in the development and review of key proposal opportunities.
Maintain a strong understanding of SalonUltimate capabilities and offerings and innovate new ways to serve customers.
2 years of sales experience preferably in the salon and beauty industry.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Knowledge and experience working in the SaaS and business solutions or related field
Exceptional writing and verbal communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
Functional understanding of key SalonUltimate capabilities.
Innate drive to succeed and take initiative.
Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure and in new environments.
