Blu Kuartz Holdings, Inc., its subsidiaries, and affiliates is looking for:




  • Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission

  • Improving existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes and making recommendations

  • Maintaining system functionality by testing computer components

  • Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions

  • Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from clients or other employees

  • Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage


  • Preferably a graduate of BS- Information Technology and any computer related course or equivalent

  • Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution

  • Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or IT service

  • Excellent problem-solving skills & attention to detail

  • Excellent Written/Verbal/Visual Communication-Skills, with
    Strong Interpersonal Skills, Building Positive-Relationships

  • Willing to research on technical details when needed

  • 1-2 years of experience in the related field

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Willing to be assigned in Cebu City area

  • Can start immediately
