Job description:

  • Communicate with the clients and co-leagues in Email and phone

  • Scheduling of meetings

  • Document preparation and management

  • Preparation of quotations and invoices



・ Must be proficient in English with good oral and written communication skills.

・Able to communicate in Japanese using the translation website

・Computer literate and knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, and others)

・Attentive to details, honest, reliable and trustworthy

・Good administrative skills



・JLPT N3 and more are better.

・Experience of working in Japanese company.
