Job Description

  • Adheres to the Vision – Mission and Core Values of the Company

  • Implements the HR plans, programs, policies and procedures as directed and instructed by the Corporate Office and/or the Corporate HR Manager

  • Recruits applicants and makes sure that all applicant data are recorded in the applicant data base

  • Makes recommendations to the Corporate HR Manager to improve recruitment and selection

  • Conducts HR events such as but not limited to Christmas Party, Company Outing/Teambuilding, Trainings and Seminars

  • Conducts Employee Onboarding (orientation) and ensures that all employees are oriented with the Companies policies and procedures.

  • Conducts re-orientation

  • Implements strictly the Code of Discipline and Company House Rules

  • Takes charge of the organization of the staff house such as but not limited to lease contracts, occupancy, inventory.

  • Organizes and completes the 201 file

  • Makes sure that all employees have complete Government ID remittances number and makes sure that all application of availment of government mandated benefits are all in order and up to date

  • Makes sure that employees’ uniforms are properly distributed and inventoried. Surrendered uniforms are well arranged in a specified location

  • Submits required REPORTS on time

  • Ensure that all manpower agencies comply with the provisions of DOLE and other government institutions in terms of manpower management

  • Regularly review and ensure compliance to DOLE and other labor-related provisions, rules, and regulations

  • Plan, spearhead, and implement Company-approved employee engagement programs

  • Performs as assistant to the General Manager

  • Other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time in relation to the field of Human Resource Management


  • Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or the like.

  • With proven experience as HR Staff for at least 5 months.

  • Organized and keen in details.

  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions and respond to management direction.

  • Organized and keen in details.

  • Must have excellent decision making and can handle personnel

  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Must be able to listen, communicate, and to relate to others on a professional level

  • Knowledge with Philippine labor law, statutory benefits and procedures with its implementing rules and regulations is an advantage
