TECHNICAL ENGINEER (FULL TIME)

Requirements:

Must possess Bachelor's/College Degree
Graduate of Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering
With Knowledge in Fire Alarm and Detection System - FDAS
With a working background in security and surveillance products such as biometrics, CCTV, PABX, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarms, and alike is an advantage.
With at least 1 year of working experience in the related field especially in electronics troubleshooting
Willing to work in the field and travel
With driver’s license is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

Technical Support Engineer -
Provide pre-sales engineering services by demonstrating a solid understanding of FDAS - Fire Alarm and Detection System, security and surveillance solutions to existing and potential customers
Address /support on customer technical inquiries and concerns
Troubleshooting of defective products
Assist sales team on technical concerns during project proposals and demo’s
