POSITION TITLE : Construction and Engineering Supervisor for VISAYAS

REPORTS TO: Maintenance and Engineering Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for Supporting the Maintenance and Engineering Manager in carrying out their job description in supporting the core business: operating a fuel retail network in a cost - effective, resourceful, and organized timely fashion.

Scope of coverage to include: Ensure low-cost, efficient, and timely solutions with a Primary focus on identifying and managing Repairs and Maintenance projects of the existing network’s stations, equipment and facilities.

Also included are the management of project timelines for repairs & maintenance projects, management of updating supplier’s portfolio for OSM (Owner Supplied Materials), maintaining historical records of all Repair & Maintenance and Construction projects, assist in maintaining relationship and negotiating with contractors for Repair and Maintenance project, searching for new and capable contractors for bidding, supervising team of technicians and in — house laborers per trade area

Technical Skill requirements:

Holder of a college degree in architecture or engineering
At least 5 yrs work experience in the field engineering, construction, manufacturing or maintenance
Working knowledge on the use of computers and proficient with Windows-based software; specifically, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Can effectively communicate in English both in written and oral form
Knows how to drive and holder of a current Philippine driver’s license
Performance driven and result oriented
Disciplined work ethic, can deliver expectation with minimal supervision
Maintains proper decorum when on the job
Conscious of proper time management, observes promptness when attending set appointments/meetings and accomplishment of committed deliverables
Adherent to and compliant with established procedures and processes
