Job Description

As the Systems Administrator, you offer necessary IT support to both our employees and our US clients. You install and configure hardware, software, and networks according to needs while responding to service issues. As the dedicated IT specialist for our Cebu site, you ensure that all systems are running smoothly and collaborate with stakeholders and clients to support operations and our service delivery.

You also promote digital security and compliance for all staff and systems across the site. You need to proactively research and stay updated on latest developments on tools or systems that the company and clients use.

Responsibilities

Oversee the IT infrastructure (hardware, software, and networks) across the site
Respond and resolve service issues and requests with staff, internal stakeholders, and clients
Support IT operations for the Cebu site and across the organization
Stay updated on the latest developments and tools that the company and clients use
Maintain the security of our systems and infrastructure

Qualities

Capable in English communication (both written and spoken) for clients
Excellent virtual collaboration skills and can work remotely
Detail-oriented and able to diagnose problems
Analytical and able to problem-solve
Independent

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
At least 2 years experience in IT operations, preferably in a supervisory role
