Job Description


The Bilingual Spanish Customer Care Representative will perform the functions outlined below:

  • Perform customer support via chat and email both in English and Spanish language

  • Engage with and resolve customer issues, requests and other concerns

  • Address and resolve client's issues

  • Take initiative to recommend and implement quality process improvements based on identified trends or others gaps in knowledge

  • Record and report on issues that customer encounter

  • Carry out issue root cause analysis and resolution in a timely and effective manner

  • Support customers during our hours of operation


  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a BPO setting, preferably in a bilingual setup

  • Experienced working with email, chat support

  • Excellent English and Spanish oral and written comprehension skills, Spanish level proficiency must be B1+

  • Must be willing to work on any shifting schedules including graveyard shift schedule
