Need Ink Sales & Services is a service oriented company composed of dynamic IT, Engineers and Marketing Professionals dedicated in providing a quality Optimum Toner Cartridges and Services in laser printer, troubleshooting as well as desktop PC repair. The company has made its way to cater total IT Solutions as part of business diversification from structured cabling and network infrastructure supply.

Need Ink started as an ink refilling station and opened its 1st outlet on October 2003 at GMC Arcade Pajo Lapu Lapu City. After 3 months, the 2nd outlet was opened on January 2004 at N&N Arcade, Mandaue City.

Is currently looking for:

FIELD TECHNICIAN

(Calibo and San Jose Antique)

General Qualifications:

Graduate of computer science, information technology or equivalent
With or without experience
Service oriented
Knowledgeable in computer and printer troubleshooting
Good communication skills
Problem solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities:

Check and repair all kinds of printer onsite / incite
Install and demo all printer functions and features
Report to technical coordinator 1 for an update of support
Provide excellent customer service, answering question and handling complaints from client
Gathers all printer and toner information and input it to TSMS as service report ∙ See to it that the user is satisfied with the printer performance before leaving the customer’s premises
If printer or toner is defective while onsite, pull out unit and turn over item to technical coordinator 2
If toner is defective, technician will call RND for assessment
Before replacing printer parts, technician will call their immediate superior for assessment
