Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with appropriate stake holders to gather information, address concerns proactively, and ensure 100% compliance in HR areas, such as leave administration,.

  • Manage hiring of the employees, attendance and payroll.

  • Workforce Management Employee Exit Management Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.

  • Email follow-up from employers Recruitment and Selection, Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance and Leave Management HR Executive

  • Liaise with the various stakeholders towards running initiatives specific to Corporate Social Responsibility, Fun Fridays, Cultural events etc.

  • Implementation of the Action Plan by breaking them down to Objectives, Tasks, Roles and Responsibilities for every single employee.

  • Should have knowledge on full recruitment life cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiating, documenting, induction and on-boarding activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Work closely with management to determine hiring needs and review and understand job requisitions

  • Act as a Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for all hiring matters.

  • Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of HR Best Practices.

  • Source and screen resumes for open positions in Bulk hiring primarily

  • The candidate must have relevant work experience of HR domain.

  • Only female candidates are preferred Requirement: Desired Candidate Profile.

  • The ability to prioritize and organize own workload with subordinates in an effective and accurate manner, while working within broad guidelines.


  • Minimum Experience 2yrs
